Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the retailcrdepartme.world website and services provided by Retailcrdepartme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Retailcrdepartme provides custom furniture design, manufacturing, and delivery services. All services are subject to availability, project specifications, and mutual agreement between the client and our company.

Orders and Contracts

All custom furniture orders require a written agreement detailing specifications, materials, pricing, and timelines. Orders become binding upon receipt of the initial deposit. Changes to approved designs may incur additional costs and affect delivery schedules.

Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted are valid for thirty days from the date of quotation. Payment terms require an initial deposit with the balance due upon project completion. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by retailcrdepartme remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or claim ownership of our designs without explicit written permission.

Warranties and Guarantees

We warrant our furniture against manufacturing defects for the period specified in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Natural variations in wood grain and color are not considered defects.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate access to delivery locations. Installation services, when provided, are subject to site conditions and additional terms.

Cancellations and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations after production begins may result in forfeiture of deposits and payment for work completed. Custom furniture is made to order and cannot be returned unless it fails to meet agreed specifications or contains manufacturing defects.

Limitation of Liability

Retailcrdepartme liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific furniture piece in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
